A Morning Getting Ready In the Johannesdal Villa

After getting legally married in Ireland, Daniel and Andrew chose South Africa as the place to celebrate with their closest friends. The morning unfolded at Johannesdal's Villa, surrounded by Pniels mountains and bright sunshine. The atmosphere was calm and unhurried as they got ready, sharing a drink and quiet moments with their small group before the celebration began.

Canapés and Their Closest Friends

In the afternoon, Daniel and Andrew continued their celebration at Boschendal’s Homestead. Drinks were poured, plates were shared, and conversation flowed easily among their closest friends. A few guests took the chance to speak about the couple, sharing stories, memories, and heartfelt wishes that perfectly reflected the love surrounding them. Laughter echoed through the Homestead and spilled out into the gardens, creating a celebration that felt relaxed, intimate, and deeply personal.

Before the evening began, we stepped into the gardens for a few quiet moments with Daniel and Andrew, an intimate, authentic time to capture them together. As the sun dipped lower, guests gathered at a beautifully set long table beneath the open sky. Seasonal florals and Boschendal’s incredible food created a setting that was both elegant and welcoming. After dinner, Daniel and Andrew cut their cake, and with that, the dance floor came alive, marking the start of a night filled with joy and celebration.
